NEW YORK TIMES
New York, USA

"The highlight of the program was presented by Jana Kurova from Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia) in the New York premieres of two 19th-century pas de deux. One was from the romantic ballet La Péri while second was drawn from a version of a ballet by Marius Petipa called Satanella. Miss Kurova is well schooled. In her solo, she brought out the choreography´s inventive combination of small step and big leaps. Our thanks for familiarizing the local public with these pas de deux."

JACKSON DAILLY NEWS
Jackson, Mississippi, USA

(Tne Sleeping Beauty – Theatre of the Performing Arts, New Orleans)
The production in the Theatre of the Performing Arts marked Miss Kurova´s first Aurora in the United States. Miss Kurova brings to her performance a grace and balance that are extraordinary. There were moments when the audience applauded her for just standing up.

DAILY NEWS RECORD
Virginia, USA

Ur, modern composition, showed the tremendous range of the company. Ur showed us that the interpretational dance group was just as versatile with the more abstract works that makes American ballet so special. In Ur Jana Kurova work with fluid grace and precision.

BERLINER ZEITUNG
